After a collision, in order
Stop immediately. Check for injuries. Help where you can. Give your name and address, the vehicle owner's address, and the registration number. Report it to the police within 24 hours.
None of that depends on whose fault it was, and none of it is optional because the damage looks minor. Damage to an unattended parked car with no owner in sight is still a reportable collision.
